AIRPORT – Male International Airport
TRANSFER – Touch down in Male and hop onto a 40-minute seaplane that will whisk you away to paradise. Seaplanes only operate during daylight hours so arrivals after 3pm can enjoy a night exploring Male. Another option is to take an internal 30-minute flight to Dhaalu before jumping in a speedboat for the final 10 minutes.

The one or two-bed beach pavilions are the perfect choice for families seeking a little more space. Cots are provided free of charge, but extra beds for Wayfarers aged 3-15 come at an extra cost. Choosing pavilions with pools is also a neat touch for family lounging, however, those with smaller children may want to steer clear of overwater bungalows.

A powerful left-hander can be found just off the edge of the Isle of Play or jumping on a quick 5 min speedboat over to the west will see you surfing Kasabu Surf Point, a hollow right-hander.
Another barreling right-hander Hocus Pocus is down to the east, and back on the island at Niyama Corner the Vodi surf point throws up a more mellow and longer left-hander.
After sharing waves with family and friends, the surf beach shack back onshore is awesome for a cold beer.
Your journey to Niyama requires either a seaplane or inter island flight both of which have restrictions on baggage and the length of surfboards. Be sure to confirm prior to travel.
