AIRPORT – Ngurah Rai International Airport
TRANSFER – Away from the hustle and bustle of Bali’s more tourist centric destinations, you will head east from the airport on a 40-minute drive that takes you through verdant rice paddies and temple strewn villages. A private transfer can be arranged with the Komune Resort, so you can step straight from the airport into a world where everything is taken care of.
WEATHER – May to September – Dry Season
SURF SEASON – March to May and August to October
Bali didn’t earn the reputation as the island of the gods for nothing; expect sun-splashed days, warm waters, and frangipani-soaked nights. With temperatures soaring to an easy 30 degrees Celsius there’s no need to pack that wetsuit. During the monsoon rains that fall between October and April brief showers do cloud the skies. Still, with spa sessions and plenty to do at the Komune Resort you won’t feel cheated whatever the weather.
